How to Upgrade to a Higher Edition (e.g., from Home to Professional) [Compare Editions]

If you have purchased the Home or Advanced edition of TurboCollage, you can upgrade to a higher edition by following these steps:

  1. Purchase the desired edition as a new transaction. You can buy TurboCollage here.
  2. Email us your previous order number and your new order number. If the new order is within 10 days of the original purchase, we will issue a full refund for the earlier order. If it's after 10 days, a pro-rated refund will be provided based on your remaining subscription time. Please email us at apps@silkenmermaid.com.

Example 1: John upgraded from Home to Advanced after 7 days and received a full refund on his Home edition.

Example 2: Crystal upgraded after four months and received a 66.66% refund on her Home edition.

First-time buyers cannot purchase an upgrade; Please purchase a new subscription.

If you had purchased TurboCollage v6.x or earlier and you want to upgrade to the latest v7.x

TurboCollage v6.x and earlier were sold using a perpetual licensing scheme where you paid for the original license and major updates.

TurboCollage v7.x is sold using an annual subscription model where you pay us a yearly fee; you don’t have to pay us for updates.

If you’d purchased v6.x or earlier from our website after 1st July 2019, and you’re looking to upgrade to v7.x, we’re providing you the first year for free!

Please email us your earlier order number to apps@silkenmermaid.com so that we can provide you with the upgrade instructions.
